Rapid Clamp Form Tie System
A vast range formwork hardware accessories is made available for typing the formwork. This includes 10mm pitch coarse threaded cold rolled, 15/7mm dia Steel Tie Rod. Available in 6mm nominal lengths, or in cut lengths as per client's requirement. Supplied in self colour / painted / electrogalvanised finish.
Other accessories include Wing Nut, Tie Nut (70 mm dia and 100 mm dia sizes), Flange Plate in standard size of 120 mm x 120 mm with thickness varying from 4 mm to 8 mm in painted / electrogalvanised finish. Any other size of flange plate can also be manufactured as per client's requirement.
- Hexagonal Nuts with threads compatible with Steel Tie rod are available in sizes ranging from 25 mm to 105 mm with or without central stopper pin.
- Waterstop 110 mm long and 65 mm dia disk is available in self colour / electrogalvanised finish. Large disk Waterstop and Waterstop without disk are also available.
- Steel Cone Nut with check lever is available in 15 mm dia x 75 mm and 15 mm x 105 mm dia sizes. Finish - self colour / zinc electrogalvanised.
